Are You Called to Serve in Bulgaria?

This Sunday, February 28, we will be holding a meeting after service at Calvary Chapel Bullhead City to talk about this year's Servant Trip to Bulgaria. Pastor Chuck has asked that everyone who is even interested in the trip attend to learn more. With that in mind, I ask you to consider... Are you called to serve in Bulgaria? Could it be that God would use you as a member of our team to bring encouragement and support to our family overseas?



Several team members from last year will be returning. Some have been going faithfully for many years. Some, like me, are still relatively new to the team but know that God has called us to return again. However, others on our team will not be returning for a number of reasons. Their absence creates an opportunity, even a need, for others to step in and help carry the load. I have been excited to hear from several people in the church body who have expressed an interest in coming this year. I am looking forward to seeing who attends the meeting on Sunday.

Perhaps, God is speaking to you even through this blog. Maybe you've thought about making the trip previously but never gave it a serious thought. I would ask you to do two things:

1) Have a serious conversation with God about being a part of the team. Spend enough time in prayer to get a clear answer from Him on the subject.

2) Attend the informative meeting on Sunday after church to learn more about the team. Hear firsthand from the returning team members about what a life-changing experience the trip has been.

Meanwhile, pray with us for this year's team, whether you will be on it or not. We ask that God would build the group He wants to send to do the work He wants to do.
